1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• After 12 hours, your order may have entered production, and a production fee may apply.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us at support@kosakystore.com to check the status of your order.

2. Refunds

• If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process your refund immediately.
• The funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
